We do not store any payment card details however our payment processors may store your details with your consent.

How we get your personal information and why we collect it

We process personal information provided to us directly through our website when you visit, place an order, subscribe to emails or send us a message.  

We also receive personal information indirectly from online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay when you place orders or ask questions through those or similar sites.

We may also receive personal information If you communicate with us through social media, messaging apps or by telephone.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is stored securely at sites in the UK and will be stored encrypted. 

We keep your basic personal information as long as you remain a customer. We consider you a customer if you have interacted with us in the last three years, you are subscribed to a service we offer or if we have outstanding business with you.

We keep information relating to orders for six years unless it is relevant to an ongoing activity when it may be kept for a longer period.

We keep telephone call recordings for one year unless it is relevant to an ongoing activity when it may be kept for a longer period.

When we no longer need to keep your information we will either dispose of the information by deleting it from our systems or anonymise the data. If we keep information, for example for historical or statistical purposes, then your personal data will be removed so that the data is anonymous and cannot be linked to you.
